1. Eligibility The eProc Solutions HIMSS 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to registered attendees of the HIMSS 2026 Global Health Conference & Exhibition who are professionals in the Information Technology (IT) sector (e.g., IT Managers, Department Heads, IT Staff). Participants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of eProc Solutions, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of eProc Solutions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period Entries will be accepted online starting on February 12, 2026, and ending on March 12, 2026, at 11:59 AM (PST). All entries must be received within the specified timeframe.
4. How to Enter To enter the Giveaway, You must complete the following steps:
Provide full and accurate contact information via the official eProc Solutions campaign landing page or lead generation form.
Explicitly opt-in to receive marketing communications and newsletters from eProc Solutions.
Be a relevant IT professional attending HIMSS 2026. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of eProc Solutions.
5. Prize The Winner of the Giveaway will receive one (1) $250 Amazon Gift Card. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by eProc Solutions. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at eProc Solutions’ discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification The Winner will be selected by a random computerized drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be announced LIVE at the eProc Solutions booth, located at The Venetian Resort, Las Vegas, during HIMSS 2026, on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM (PST). The announcement will also be broadcast/shared via a video on LinkedIn. The Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. eProc Solutions shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.
7. Claiming the Prize The Winner must claim the prize within one (1) year from the date of the announcement. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and eProc Solutions reserves the right to select an alternate winner or cancel the prize.
8. Data Privacy and Marketing Consent By entering this Giveaway, You understand and agree that eProc Solutions will collect and use Your personal information for marketing purposes, including but not limited to, sending promotional emails, newsletters, and product updates. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions in the email. Your data will be handled in accordance with eProc Solutions’ Privacy Policy, available at: https://eprocsolutions.com/privacy-policy/.
9. General Terms & Limitation of Liability eProc Solutions reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond eProc Solutions’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
10. Governing Law This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
